Holly Petracca is the Director of Operations and a licensed real estate salesperson with The Nathan Wenzel Team at Howard Hanna in Rochester, New York. Since 2015, she has worked in real estate marketing and operations, supporting some of Rochester’s top real estate teams as they help buyers and sellers achieve exceptional results.
Holly has dreamed of working with homes since the age of eight, when she spent weekends visiting open houses with her parents. Today, she works behind the scenes to oversee the team’s systems, marketing, and day-to-day operations. Her focus is ensuring that every client receives a seamless, thoughtful real estate experience from the first conversation through closing and beyond.
For Holly, real estate is special because it allows her to help people navigate what is often the largest investment of their lives. She combines strategic marketing, careful organization, and a client-first approach to help The Nathan Wenzel Team deliver an exceptional level of service throughout the Greater Rochester and Finger Lakes real estate markets.
Holly lives in Farmington, New York, with her husband, Dan, a real estate videographer and drone operator, and their daughter. She is passionate about social media marketing, supporting local businesses, and exploring everything the Rochester and Finger Lakes region has to offer.
