- Assist clients with property sales and development
- Hold open houses, host showings, and develop/distribute digital and print marketing materials to net maximum exposure of your property to a wide cross-section of potential buyers
- Coordinate and accompany inspections, appraisals, and more
- Instruct clients on best practices for selling success
- Prepare legal documents including listings and sales contracts
- Provide legal, economic and market advice to prospective clients
- Liaise between lenders, home inspectors, buyers, sellers, and attorneys during sale pending period
- Ensure terms and conditions of agreements are met
- Maintain great communication with clients, building relationships to encourage returning business
- Coordinate property closings and overseeing document signing
- Analyze market trends to determine competitive market prices
