Hannah Mazzaferro is a real estate agent with The Nathan Wenzel Team at Howard Hanna, helping buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Rochester, New York, area. As a former elementary school teacher, Hannah brings an educator’s mindset to real estate, connecting her clients with the knowledge, resources, and guidance they need to make confident decisions and improve their lives through homeownership. She continues to draw on her teaching background by leading the team’s popular “How to Buy a House” classes for first-time homebuyers in Rochester, which have been featured on News 8 WROC.
Hannah began her real estate career in February 2020, just before the pandemic transformed the housing market. Navigating those challenging conditions helped shape her into the creative, resourceful, and determined Rochester Realtor® she is today. She does not give up easily and is always willing to explore new possibilities to help her clients achieve their real estate goals.
Having relocated to the Rochester region herself, Hannah understands what it means to choose a new community and make it feel like home. She and her family quickly fell in love with the area’s charming villages, mature trees, convenient commute times, and welcoming residents. That firsthand perspective allows her to offer especially thoughtful support to buyers moving to Rochester and its surrounding communities.
Hannah lives in Pittsford, New York, with her husband and their two sons. When she is away from the office, she enjoys spending time with her family, traveling, and staying home for a family game night.
