Nathan “Nate” Wenzel is the Team Leader of The Nathan Wenzel Team at Howard Hanna and an experienced Realtor® serving buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Rochester, New York, real estate market. Since beginning his real estate career in 2009, Nate has built his business around lasting relationships, enthusiastic service, and a genuine commitment to helping clients achieve their goals.
Nate believes a successful real estate experience depends on both trusted guidance and strong collaboration. He maintains close professional relationships with cooperating real estate agents, mortgage lenders, attorneys, insurance representatives, inspectors, and other local service providers to help make every client’s move as smooth and positive as possible.

Nate lives in Rochester’s Browncroft and North Winton Village area with his wife, Justine; their son, Miles; and their dog, Rey. Justine is a Mary Kay makeup artist and business coach as well as a faith-based podcaster. Together, the Wenzels enjoy their neighborhood’s local restaurants and parks.
Nate is proud to serve on the board of Compeer and support its work in the Rochester community. Because Miles was born prematurely, Nate and Justine are also passionate supporters of Golisano Children’s Hospital and organizations that help premature babies and their families—part of their shared commitment to helping others live life to the fullest.
Outside of real estate, Nate enjoys playing volleyball, skiing at Bristol Mountain, and boating throughout the Finger Lakes region.
