Susan began her real estate career in 1994 and has been advocating full-time for buyers and sellers ever since. With certifications in Luxury Homes, Relocation, Accredited Buyer’s Representation, International Properties, and membership in the Residential Real Estate Council, she also brings expertise in equestrian properties (Susan and her daughter competed in local hunter/jumper events) as well as in investment real estate. A native Rochesterian, Susan has also served as a New York State Association of Realtors Director, Women’s Council of Realtors President, and as Secretary/Treasurer of the Greater Rochester Association of Realtors. She resides in Pittsford, and is married to a Realtor® and retired manager, David Sharp. Her hobbies include visiting her 2 adult children, wine tasting, theater, and travel.
